Spring Board & Members Meeting

Join us next month in beautiful Frederick County for our Spring Board of Directors and Members meeting.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE — Wednesday, April 17th 

The day’s agenda will include a recap of Maryland’s 2024 General Assembly Session by Senate and House leadership, a panel discussion on crime (where we are, where we need to be, what is needed to get us there), and other topics still in the planning stage.

We have chosen a location in Maryland’s 6th Congressional District because it is one of several districts where Republicans have a good chance of winning the Congressional race in November. All Republican Primary candidates have been invited to participate in a Meet-and-Greet opportunity following our business meeting and prior to Saturday evening’s fundraising dinner.

Register below for the meeting and Saturday evening’s dinner.  You can find more information on the dinner at the separate “Spring Board — Fundraising Dinner” Event post, including sponsorship opportunities.  Check back often for the latest information as plans are solidified. If you prefer to pay by check, complete the registration information below (omitting the credit card payment element) and mail your check payable to “MFRW” to PO Box 6040, Annapolis MD 21401.

Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. — meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. — lunch at Noon.
We anticipate the meeting will end no later than 4:00 p.m.
with Meet-and-Greet immediately following and dinner from 6-8 p.m.

ACCOMMODATIONS — Contact the hotel directly at (301) 694-7500 to reserve a room or visit the Clarion Inn Frederick website.  Check-in is available at 3 pm — checkout is 11 am.

Any MFRW club or member in good standing can submit a RESOLUTION for consideration at Spring Board.  Formatting instructions can be found here.  The resolution must be emailed to [email protected] by Friday, April 19th to allow time for sharing with Spring Board registrants and inclusion in the Spring Board program.
