REGISTER BELOW for our 2025 Spring Board meeting at Sinking Springs Retreat Center LLC. This rural setting is the perfect place for a casual day of fellowship in view of grazing cattle and free-range chickens — you can visit their website for additional information.
REGISTRATION opens at 9:30 a.m. — the meeting will open at 10 a.m. and conclude by about 3 p.m. Lunch is included.

The MFRW Bylaws Committee will be presenting 4 proposed amendments for consideration by Board members. Pursuant to Bylaws Article XIV, those approved by the Board will be presented for a vote by all credentialed delegates at Fall Convention. You can find the text of those proposals here.
The voting body of the MFRW Board of Directors is composed of elected officers, regional chairs and vice chairs, club presidents, standing committee chairs, and former MFRW presidents who are regular members in good standing of a MFRW club.
Proposed resolutions will be accepted through May 5th — email to [email protected] (single page — a single “Resolved” — 10 font or larger).
Club presidents will receive a proxy form to use if they cannot attend. The designated proxy must be a full club member in good standing.
Because of the rural setting, there are no hotels in the immediate area; but there are many options within 20-30 minutes of Sinking Springs (Elkton or North East MD and Newark DE).
If you want to travel on Friday and you’re a shopper, Christiana Mall in Newark DE is a great option (Mall + outlet center next door) at the I-95 Exit 4 / Rt 7 interchange. Another Friday option is the Hollywood Casino Perryville.
